Fixing samples boards in time frame. End- 2 - end submittals management as per project specification. End- 2 - end Pre - Qualification management. Following the approvals process for timely acceptance of submission. Follow up with sales team for status of submittals and make sure to upload all approval through system. Solving the queries for the technical approvals. Collaborate with the team. Managing the vendor list. Filling the Questionnaire and vendor registration with all mandatory requirement to be approved and authorized by customer. Follow up with brand managers and sales team for issuing warranty and any other required documents. Weekley report to the manager. Always prepared to take on any task or assignment delegated by the manager, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing or Equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1-2 year experience.
