• Analise project’s requirements and tender package to fully understand the project’s scope of work and the specifications of all elements related to Architectural Discipline. • Prepare packages for fit-out items to share with vendors along with specifications and clear guide lines for evaluation and pricing, and following up the preparation of quotations and make comparisons to decide the suitable supplier or subcontractor. • Follow up the preparation and submission of technical submittals related to the Architectural fit-out items. • Develop or supervise the development of shop drawings, leading a team of draftsmen and guiding the subcontractors’ technical teams to produce suitable and fully informed shop drawings and follow up the submissions and comments on the deliveries. • Maintaining a well-organized archive for all technical deliveries, revisions, submittals, changes and communications.
