*Responsibilities*: • Prepare and draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for major contracts. • Conduct thorough evaluations of submitted tenders from contractors. • Coordinate with various teams within the company and contractors to define tender conditions and ensure clarity throughout the process. • Monitor the tender submission process to ensure deadlines and procedures are adhered to. • Provide technical advice on tenders to support informed decision-making. • Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure all requirements are met. • Oversee the entire tendering process from start to finish to ensure transparency and success. *Requirements*: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Saudi market, focusing on tendering and contract management. • In-depth knowledge of preparing proposals, evaluating tenders, and managing the tendering process. • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. • Relevant certifications in tendering or project management are a plus.
